Frozen Premium Beef Franks 4/5#

Hoffy beef frankfurters are made from high quality USDA inspected beef combined with other ingredients to give the product its distinct flavor and appearance. Ingredients are blended into an emulsion that is stuffed into casings, smoked, chilled to 40º F or lower and packed into the appropriate case. Product is packaged into a 5 lb. vacuum package unit. The package is coded, properly labeled and put into a master carton containing 4/5 lb. units. The carton is sealed, coded, labeled and placed into frozen storage. The case will have a net weight of 20 lbs.
