Pre-slice Pancetta 3oz

Gluten Free. Can be added as flavoring to Italian sauces, soups, salad, vegetables, pizza and eggs. A unique yet traditional Italian-style specialty, characterized by its exceptional flavor using a variety of high quality spices. It is made from the same cut of the pork as bacon, however, prparation process for each is different. To product our Pancetta, Beretta carefully selects only the highest quality cuts. These are cured with salt and selected spices, and then tightly rolled into cylinder shape. It is then dry-cured and aged naturally to create the distinct flavor of Pancetta (no match to the traditional bacon!)
