This flour is a non-organic equivalent to our Organic Artisan Bakers Craft Plus. Our Red Rose Artisan is milled with a blend of Hard Red Winter Wheat and a touch of Dark Northern Spring Wheat to control the protein throughout the year. The wheat varieties used are incredibly yellow which gives a brilliant creamy crumb. This is an excellent non-organic flour designed for all types of Artisan baking.
