AMBROSIA® Albacore Chunk Tuna is widely known as "white tuna" of the US because it has the lightest flesh (white with a hint of pink) among the tuna species.  It is packed in choice cuts that are smaller compared to the larger pieces of solid albacore. Regarded as the "chicken of the sea," some say that it tastes like chicken meat. This albacore chunk contains vegetable broth to  enhance the flavor of tuna.
